Maternity (nursing department)

At our maternity unit, a multidisciplinary team of midwives, gynaecologists, paediatricians, dieticians and physiotherapists is ready to take the best care of newborn babies and their mothers and fathers.

Which patients are admitted here?

  • Pregnant observation patients
  • Premature labour (having contractions too early)
  • Risk pregnancies
  • Vomiting during pregnancy
  • Mothers who have recently given birth
