Adenovirus is a virus that exists in various types. It is widespread and regularly causes infectious diseases in all age groups.
This mostly causes a respiratory infection, eye infection without pus, ear and/or throat infection, bronchiolitis (inflammation of the small airways) in infants or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (gastroenteritis) with loose stools.
