with acute renal failure requiring urgent renal function replacement treatment (dialysis)
with very advanced (terminal) chronic kidney disease and in need of renal function replacement treatment (dialysis)
who, due to acute or chronic illness, require temporary or permanent treatment with plasmapheresis/plasma exchange.
