Report to the secretariat or doctor

Routenummer klevertje

Every medical service and every doctor has its own route number. By following the correct route number you can easily and quickly reach the right service (specialty) or doctor.

Sometimes you also see a queue number on your sticker. You wait in the waiting room of the medical service until you see your number appear on one of the screens.

Corona measures:

  • Please always leave one chair in between to guarantee social distance.
  • Come to your consultation alone. Only if assistance is absolutely necessary (for example for less mobile patients, minors or people with cognitive problems) is one adult supervisor allowed. Guidance is not allowed at the day hospital anyway, because keeping sufficient distance (social distancing) is not possible. Exceptions to this are only allowed in consultation with the attending physician and/or the department.
Patientenklevertjes

You will find a lot of information on these personalized stickers:

  • Your patient number
  • The service where you go for a consultation
  • Your full name
  • Your gender and date of birth
  • Your national register number (INSZ)
  • Your phone number and/or your mobile number
  • The name of the doctor you are seeing (Special.)
  • The name of your GP (GP)

What will it cost me?

Unable to come to your appointment? Avoid extra costs!

If you are unable to come to your appointment with one of our doctors, please inform the doctor's office at least 24 hours in advance. If you repeatedly fail to do this (and there is no case of force majeure), the doctor may decide to charge a 'no-show' fee of max. 30 euros to cover the administrative costs.
