Consult the Covid-19 measures here.
Please always make an appointment for a consultation, examination or procedure.
Contact the secretariat of the medical department or doctor of your choice.
If we have your mobile phone number, we can remind you of your appointment in advance for certain procedures and consultations.
If you cannot make it to your appointment (on time), please contact the secretariat of the medical department to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
Before your consultation, make sure to register at the self-service kiosks in the entrance hall. You will find them next to the check-in counters.
Sign up by inserting your identity card in one of the kiosks.
You don’t have an identity card? Click here.
Take your identity card out of the kiosk.
Your contact details appear on the screen. Check if this information is correct. If the data is correct, click ‘yes’.
If it is wrong, click ‘no’. If changes need to be made, the receptionist will do it for you at the counter.
After that, confirm your appointment.
You may be asked if it concerns a work accident, for example for a consultation at Orthopaedics.
After that, your labels will be printed.
You don’t have an identity card? Click ‘no eID’.
You will receive an e-ticket with a serial number. Watch the screens in front of the check-in counters. When your number appears on the screen, you may go the corresponding counter.
Every medical service and every doctor has its own route number. By following the correct route number you can easily and quickly reach the right service (specialty) or doctor.
Sometimes you also see a queue number on your sticker. You wait in the waiting room of the medical service until you see your number appear on one of the screens.
