Endoscopic treatment

This involves loosening the nerve through a mini skin incision (1-2 cm) with the help of a camera.

This allows the nerve to be exposed under direct vision and to be inspected in the arm and forearm without having to make a large skin incision. After the operation, a light compressive bandage is applied and the arm can be mobilised immediately. This allows for faster recovery as no plaster cast is required.
