The aim of the activity bench

Getting people moving in an accessible way.

The advantages of sufficient physical activity:

  • Lower risk of chronic diseases
  • Better sleep
  • Maintaining a healthy body weight
  • Less stress
  • Improving quality of life
Figures from the European Commission show that an estimated 1 million people die each year due to physical inactivity.

    Independently

    • Using the APP (software)
    • Using the exercise panels

    Under the guidance of a coach (ipitup coach)

    • On your own (1-to-1)
    • Group (max. 4 people)
  • Some exercises

    You can do more than 250 exercises.

    These can be graded to suit the user.

    Classification into 5 groups

    • Pushing
    • Pulling
    • Upper body stability
    • One/two-legged exercises
    • Balance

    Tip: alternate with running, (speed) walking or cycling
