Cystoscopy

SERVICE(S): Urology

Cystoscopy is the name for a procedure in which the doctor looks into your bladder and urethra with a thin hollow tube called a cystoscope.

A cystoscopy can diagnose or find the cause of symptoms such as blood in the urine (haematuria), unusual cells in urinalysis, frequent bladder infections, or pain in the bladder, urethra or during urination.

Please contact your treating doctor for more information.
