If you have an appointment with one of our doctors, please bring the following (if possible):
- referral letter from your general practitioner
- identity card (eID)
- if available: blood results or results of previous examinations
- if available and not yet known in our hospital: list of medical history
- if applicable and if not yet known in our hospital: list of medicines (or the boxes of the medicines), including dose and time of intake
