At the Cardiology department, you can find treatment for diseases of the coronary arteries, heart muscle, heart valves and heart tissue, as well as preventive cardiovascular examinations and rehabilitation after cardiological interventions.
The Jan Yperman Hospital and AZ Delta are further developing their cardiac pathology care programme together. For this purpose, an association agreement has been established and recognised whereby a Cathlab department was started at the Jan Yperman Hospital, of which AZ Delta is the parent centre.
