The Psychological Service of the Jan Yperman Hospital has 16 psychologists. Each psychologist has its own range of tasks and specialization. In addition to participating in the multidisciplinary teams, you can also contact the psychologist for outpatient, short-term guidance. The psychologists guide children, young people, adults and the elderly. Not only the patient, but also his loved ones can turn to the psychologist. The cost of the guidance depends on the specialization.

At Jan Yperman Hospital, psychologists work under the First-Line Psychological Care convention. This allows us to offer short-term counselling for €11 (or €4 with increased allowance) per individual session. The price of a group session is €2.5.
